Pathetic support! Most of the times we are clueless whom to contact for urgent support. We have to struggle for days to get support from their untrained team. Extremely disappointed! Esaclation team raises the ticket and does nothing and later closes the ticket as per their convenience.

Keka HR Payroll, Its really helpful app. My company is using Keka application. It would be great if Keka shows push notifications when monthly salary slip is generated, and also to remind of tax declaration as I forgot to declare.

Worst customer support. Most of the reviews are by employees and dont trust them. You will not have anyone to contact for your issues. Pls dont choose keka.
