Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple assignments independently. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and lead Statutory Audits , Internal Audits , and Tax Audits of companies, firms, and proprietorships. Prepare and review audit reports , financial statements , and audit documentation in compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and proper documentation as per firm and regulatory standards. Evaluate internal control systems and provide recommendations for improvement. Handle client interactions, queries, and gather necessary documentation and information. Assist in ROC filings , bank audits , and special purpose audits , if required. Stay updated with amendments in Companies Act , Income Tax Act , GST , and Accounting Standards . Coordinate with team members and seniors for execution and reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 3–4 years of audit experience in a CA firm or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of auditing standards , Companies Act , taxation laws , and accounting principles (Ind AS/AS) . Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication, documentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification of CA Experience in statutory audits of listed or large private companies is an added advantage. Show more Show less
