The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance plans. The role also involves addressing mechanical issues promptly to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining adherence to safety and operational standards. Qualifications Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues through Troubleshooting Experience in performing general Maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of machinery and equipment Strong understanding of safety protocols and standards in an industrial setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance field is preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
