we are very upset with Express Connector Update issue every other day it ask to update and procedure to update is also not user friendly

Rigid with the policy, recently bought desktop version but that was not up to the mark and requested to kdk team for surrender the same and convert into cloud license but they refused and told I have to buy another license for cloud itr, thus I have to pay money twice
