Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our on-site location in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves leading a team, tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote KCP Solar's products and services effectively. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Lead Generation Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of the Solar Energy Industry and Renewable Energy Solutions is highly preferred Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel as required
