I have installed their 3 kw charger in 2021-22. It was working satisfactorily, last month unit got damaged may be by an customer forced their plug & socket got damaged. After few follow ups with their customer service group, they have replaced it with new one. Checked & found working satisfactorily

They are a charging solution provider based out of bangalore. They have both ac and dc chargers in their portfolio . Their support staff and tech team are very friendly. Whenever we charger our vehicle , in case of any query with app or charger usage we contact them and get our query cleared instantly

Worst worst worst!! Scam people completely. They use area for their charging stations but don’t pay on time or even pay at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Never work with them!!!! BASED ON EXPERIENCE FROM PATNA!!!

Very poor service. They have installed charging stations in my society 10 day ago, stil its not activated. Looks like for VIDA branding they are just installing it not activating it.

Delta rectifier Kazam EV dc charging stations for 2W 3W are really good for better battery charging and life , go for it

Worst company ever, think twice before buying from them, 1 year all will be good then will be switch off the product from their end and will ask for AMC money every year Scamsters people and company

Not even a single customer used charging station from 1 month of installation, and I have mentioned only Rs. 8/ unit, but no use, the worst experience and there is no return policy of the charging stations, please be careful before purchasing this. Don’t waste your money on this!!!
