Key Roles & Responsibilities Work with in creating a larger set of advertisers and agencies to establish AAONXT's presence while being an advisor to them on the right solution set to help them drive their objectives. An excellent communicator with a proven ability to meet the goals. An analytical approach to sales management. Responsible for driving sales & adoption of AAONXT across Small and Medium Business (SMB) executing a strategic business plan focused on new business development. Getting new clients on board on AAONXT, account management and expansion in the assigned region. Develop market share utilizing a consultative sales approach, competitor analysis, emerging tech solutions and opportunities. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships. Deliver the number of subscription sales by deploying the sales plan. New client acquisition by employing consultative selling approach. Proactively work on channel payouts, collections, and agreement renewals. Develop strategies for different market segments by thoroughly examining reach and connectivity to find fresh business opportunities to support regional sales plan. Collaborate with marketing to establish ongoing relationships with our partners and affiliates. Comfortable with extensive travel. Skill/Experience Required: 1-3 years of relevant OTT sales experience. Must have experience of managing distribution network for OTT sales. Relation Oriented and excellent negotiation skills. Excellent written & oral communication. He/she should be self-motivated with high achievement orientation. Comfortable with demos and explain platform benefits. Maintain CMS records and provide regular updates on outreach progress.
