As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and developing medical devices, particularly orthopaedic implants and instruments. Your expertise should encompass design principles, biomechanics, and materials science. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo, as well as simulation tools like FEA and CFD, is essential.
