Core duties and responsibilities Office cleanliness: Keep the office, including common areas like the pantry and washrooms, clean and tidy. This can involve dusting, vacuuming, and disposing of trash. Hospitality: Prepare and serve beverages like tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. They may also assist in setting up refreshments for meetings. Errands and deliveries: Run errands both inside and outside the office. This includes delivering documents, messages, and parcels to other employees and external vendors. Administrative assistance: Help with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents. Supply management: Monitor office and kitchen supplies, and restock items as needed to prevent shortages.
