We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Package Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling domestic and international travel packages, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for clients. Strong communication skills and a passion for travel are essential. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to clients via phone, email, and walk-ins Understand customer preferences and create customized itineraries and travel solutions Handle end-to-end sales processes, including enquiry handling, quotations, follow-ups, and booking confirmations Provide detailed information on travel packages, visa requirements, and destination highlights Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, sightseeing, transfers, and upgrades Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals Stay updated with current travel trends, airline fares, hotel deals, and promotional offers Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transporters, DMCs) for booking and operations Manage CRM tools and maintain proper documentation for all bookings Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any related discipline (preferred but not mandatory) Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations Proficient in itinerary creation, cost estimation, and package presentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office, GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), or travel software is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Additional Requirements: Willingness to work under pressure and handle multiple leads simultaneously Passion for travel and exploration Flexible with working hours during peak seasons or urgent travel requirements Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (Based on Sales Performance) Travel Perks and Discounts Opportunities for FAM Trips and Training Sessions
