Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Corporate Gifting Department: Sales / Marketing / Business Development Location: Mumbai - On site Experience: 1–4 years Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Gifting Executive . You will be responsible for supporting and executing corporate gifting solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery, vendor coordination, and maintaining client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role that combines creativity, operations, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end execution of corporate gifting orders (festive, bulk, onboarding kits, loyalty programs, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for sourcing, customization, and timely delivery Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations for clients Identify and onboard new vendors/suppliers for innovative and cost-effective gifting options Maintain and update gifting catalogs and pricing Support business development by following up with leads and clients Ensure excellent client service and handle post-order support or escalations Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, events, or B2B client servicing Strong communication and coordination skills Good sense of aesthetics and familiarity with premium/luxury gift items is a plus Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field Good to Have: Experience in B2B sales or account management Vendor management or procurement experience Creative approach to gifting ideas and client briefs Why Join Us?
