Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and professional Front Desk Executive representative to join our dynamic team. This role of front office management with proactive sales responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Greet and welcome visitors to the office Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately Handle inquiries and provide information about our properties Maintain accurate records of all pre sales activities in the CRM system Maintain a clean and organized reception area Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team Manage office supplies and equipment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in real estate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English Required Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to switch seamlessly between front desk and sales roles Strong phone etiquette and persuasive communication Time management and organizational skills Resilience and ability to work under pressure Basic understanding of real estate market trends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Experience: Front desk: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
