Slow moving & Non Moving inventory Control Supervisor work monitoring Per Hour inspection , Shift production & losses, Incentive updating & daily display. Document updation for EMS & IATF Daily monitoring of TPM activity. Key Responsibilities Ensuring 100% productivity on shop floor Taking action for reduction of losses & Rejection . Maintain 1S and 2S & TPM on shop floor Daily Plan Vs Actual Monitoring Daily production entry in SAP Daily OEE monitoring Unsafe condition and unsafe act monitoring Root cause analysis of losses and rejection Daily dispatch monitoring Tool box meeting with shop floor operator Managerial Skills Required Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary Knowledge of required materials, equipment, and labour needed throughout the production process Assist the Production Manager for production schedules and timesheets Update the Production Manager on the status of projects Ability to work independently under the Production Manager, and as part of a production team
