Role & responsibilities Identify, qualify and convert international and Domestic leads using online B2B platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba , and email campaigns. Generate new business by identifying prospective customers and presenting product/service offerings virtually. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or solutions. Maintain accurate records in Excel, online systems and produce reports. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in international markets. Preferred candidate profile 13 years of experience in inside sales or international business development , preferably B2B. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IndiaMART, Alibaba , or other virtual sales platforms. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce . Ability to manage multiple leads. Strong relationship-building abilities. Experience working with international and domestic buyers. Knowledge of export documentation or international trade.
