We are looking for a skilled and proactive Computer Operator-cum-Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day computer operations, manage office activities, and oversee e-commerce-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good organizational ability, and a basic understanding of online business platforms. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage computer systems, software, and office networks. Handle data entry, record management, and document processing with accuracy. Monitor and maintain office IT equipment (computers, printers, internet connectivity). Coordinate with management to ensure smooth office operations and workflow. Manage inventory, product listings, and updates on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or company website. Process online orders , generate invoices, and track deliveries. Assist in digital marketing activities , such as uploading banners, managing product images, and monitoring sales reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, stock, and operations. Supervise junior staff and ensure timely task completion.
