This role is crucial for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of laptop models from various manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware components, a strong understanding of diagnostic procedures, and excellent customer service skills. You will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable, and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops, including motherboards, displays, batteries, keyboards, and other components. Perform component-level repairs, such as soldering and replacing faulty parts on motherboards. Use diagnostic software and tools to identify system failures and performance issues. Disassemble and reassemble laptops carefully and efficiently. Customer Interaction: Communicate technical issues and repair solutions clearly to customers, providing status updates and estimated repair times. Provide a positive and professional customer experience. Inventory and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Manage and track inventory of spare parts and tools. Ensure compliance with all service center policies and procedures.
