Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute the complete procurement cycle – from demand to delivery. Record and manage all purchase entries and transactions using Tally Prime. Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce excess stock & shortages. Develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to maximize cost-efficiency. Track and manage inward goods and coordinate with store & accounts teams. Generate and analyze purchase reports, GRNs, and stock consumption data. Stay updated with market trends and new supplier options. Ensure compliance with internal controls and purchasing policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally Prime and basic ERP systems. Solid understanding of stock, warehouse, and inventory control systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools and Google Sheet. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or equivalent.
