Responsibilities: Recording Financial Transactions Entering daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) into accounting software or ledgers. Maintaining General Ledger Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts. Reconciling Bank Statements Matching bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Assisting with Month-End and Year-End Closing Supporting senior accountants during financial close processes by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reports. Preparing Financial Reports Generating basic financial statements and summaries (e.g., trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet) under supervision. Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, processing invoices, and following up on outstanding receivables. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Purchase Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Tally Prime, have hands-on experience in stock and inventory management, and possess excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. As a Purchase Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain, maintaining healthy vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and keeping inventory levels in check to support operational success. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute the complete procurement cycle – from demand to delivery. Record and manage all purchase entries and transactions using Tally Prime. Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce excess stock & shortages. Develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to maximize cost-efficiency. Track and manage inward goods and coordinate with store & accounts teams. Generate and analyze purchase reports, GRNs, and stock consumption data. Stay updated with market trends and new supplier options. Ensure compliance with internal controls and purchasing policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally Prime and basic ERP systems. Solid understanding of stock, warehouse, and inventory control systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools and Google Sheet. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or equivalent.
