Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, meeting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be required to achieve the company’s goals and support its mission. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management to expand customer base and achieve revenue goals. Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills for effective interactions with clients and team members. Analytical Abilities to assess market trends, create impactful sales strategies, and interpret sales performance metrics. Leadership and Team Management skills to lead and mentor a sales team to meet or exceed company objectives. Familiarity with construction-related products and industry knowledge is a strong advantage. Willingness to work on-site in Surat with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
