Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager. The position is located in Kamarhati. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, and addressing any customer service issues. They will be responsible for maintaining optimal store conditions, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring overall store efficiency. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred
