Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Veraval for F&B Steward, Trainee Captain, and Captain. The responsibilities include supervising the dining area, adhering to service standards, providing quality food service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional daily tasks involve effective communication with guests and staff to maintain a high level of service and guest experience. Qualifications Possess strong Supervisory Skills Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
