We’re looking for an individual contributor who wants to own the implementation end-to-end: Drive ISO 27001 (ISMS) and ISO 42001 (AIMS) implementations for clients and for KairosVector itself Prepare organizations for certification, from gap analysis to external audit readiness Build policies, controls, and documentation that actually work in practice, not just on paper Align with global frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, NIS2, CRA, IEC 62443) to broaden impact Why this role is different Flat hierarchy: You’ll report directly to leadership, with no layers in between. Dual focus: Support customers while also leading KairosVector’s own certification journey. Future path: As we grow, you’ll have the option to build and lead your own team, and even contribute to business development by attracting new clients. Strategic exposure: Beyond compliance, you’ll work across cyber, OT, and AI governance, positioning yourself ahead of the market. What we expect 4+ years in cybersecurity GRC, with proven implementation track record Deep hands-on experience in ISO 27001; strong exposure to ISO 42001 (full projects or pilot implementations) Mandatory certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer Preferred: Lead Auditor certifications, plus CISM, CISSP, CRISC Good to have: Experience in a Big 4 consulting environment or equivalent structured advisory role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹268,540.56 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Experience: ISO 27001: 4 years (Required) ISO 42001: 1 year (Preferred) Cybersecurity Governance: 5 years (Required) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
