Objectives of this role Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support acquisition decisions and minimize risks. Ensure all acquisition activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Assess ongoing and prospective deals to maximize value and growth opportunities for the company. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting acquisitions on a national and international level. Responsibilities Conduct site visits to potential acquisition targets to assess operations, infrastructure, and overall suitability. Provide strategic advice and insights based on findings from site visits and market research. Lead preparation, review, and negotiation of acquisition documents and agreements. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure thorough due diligence, including on-site assessments. Manage and support junior team members involved in acquisition activities and site evaluations. Advise senior management and stakeholders on acquisition risks, benefits, and strategic fit based on site visit observations. Continuously improve acquisition processes incorporating insights gained from site visits and market analysis.
