Role Overview: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the screw manufacturing plant. The role demands hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and continuous improvement focus. Key Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance function for all plant screw machinery and utilities. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and VFD systems . Expertise in Electrical Design and troubleshooting. Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Screw Machines . Active implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives. Develop and implement Automation and Process Improvement solutions. Maintenance of: Forging Press Crank & Screw Forging Auto Machines Induction Heaters Trimming Presses Generators (65 KVA to 1600 KVA) Compressors Screw & Reciprocating Furnaces Hardening / Tempering / Annealing Drop Hammers Overhead Cranes Cutting Machines Secondary Machines Shot Blasting, Laser & Pin Marking, MCD, Milling, Shot Peening, Cooling Tower Tool Room Machines Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Lathe, Lapping Qualifications & Experience: B.E. (EEE) / Diploma (EEE) preferred. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in maintenance, with significant exposure to screw machine maintenance.
