Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise and guide hospital staff for improved performance and productivity. Oversee procurement and inventory of medical and non-medical supplies. Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards (NABH/JCI). Handle facility management, maintenance, and safety protocols. Implement process improvements for better patient experience and operational efficiency. Prepare operational reports and assist management in decision-making. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital administration/operations management. Language Skills: Basic English communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of hospital compliance standards (NABH/JCI) is preferred. Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
