Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (0–3 Years Experience) Location: [Kolkata / Hybrid] Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong foundation in machine learning concepts and a willingness to learn and work on cutting-edge projects. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop, deploy, and optimize AI models that solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and scalability. Participate in model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments. Research and experiment with new ML techniques, tools, and frameworks. Document processes, experiments, and results in a clear and organized manner. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML deployment. Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience with computer vision, NLP, or time-series modeling projects. Internship or academic project experience in ML/AI.
