We’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional to take charge of our online presence, generate quality leads, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. ⸻ Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our e-commerce platforms, generating high-quality leads, and overseeing warehouse operations and logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, and supply chain coordination. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management • Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others. • Plan and execute promotions, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns. • Track and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and ROI. • Coordinate product shoots, content updates, and customer reviews. Lead Generation • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C channels. • Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to acquire potential customers. • Build and maintain lead databases, monitor conversion rates, and report KPIs. • Identify and reach out to retail stores, distributors, and potential business partners.
