We’re now looking for a Senior Barista to join our growing team — someone passionate about coffee and people, ready to take Ka Pai Culture to the next level. Role Description Full-time position (6 days a week) Starting ASAP Based in Goa, with travel to multiple Ka Pai Culture locations Salary: Competitive — dependent on experience Annual leave + accommodation allowance provided What you'll be doing Lead our coffee program and ensure top-quality standards across all locations Train and mentor new baristas and café staff Set up and maintain coffee equipment Work hands-on in service to deliver consistently excellent coffee Help us create a warm, positive atmosphere that reflects Ka Pai Culture’s values What we are looking for 2+ years experience as a senior barista / coffee trainer Strong skills in espresso, milk texturing, latte art and alternative brewing methods (e.g. Cold Brew, AeroPress) Ability to train, motivate, and upskill junior staff Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance Friendly, professional, and passionate about great customer servie Bonus: Previous experience in an international coffee concept Why join us: Be part of a unique, growing brand that blends Kiwi hospitality with Goa’s chill vibe Work in beautiful locations, with great people Play a key role in shaping a quality-driven coffee culture 👉 Interested?
