A. The Accountant will manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including billing, vendor management, payroll support, and statutory compliance. As part of an elderly home healthcare organisation, the role requires accuracy, integrity, and compassion, ensuring that all financial transactions support the smooth and ethical delivery of care to our senior clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system (Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP). Prepare and reconcile ledgers, cash books, and bank statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements. Maintain petty cash and ensure timely documentation of expenses. 2. Billing & Revenue Management Generate and process client invoices for home healthcare services. Coordinate with the operations and care teams to ensure accuracy in service billing and collections. Reconcile payments from clients, insurance partners, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
