About the job: We are seeking a smart, reliable, and tech-savvy Remote Back Office Executive to support our daily operations from India. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, assist in client coordination, support marketing activities, and ensure seamless backend support for our UAE-based team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fill and submit online/offline mortgage applications for clients based in the UAE 2. Coordinate with banks and clients for required documentation 3. Organize and maintain client records and loan files in cloud folders 4. Draft and send email communications and follow-ups with leads 5. Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate with local bankers 6. Support digital marketing activities like sending introductory emails, maintaining CRM, and updating LinkedIn content 7. Track the status of applications and update internal dashboards 8. Basic understanding of financial products (loans, mortgages, etc.) is a plus 6. Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, email marketing tools 7. Comfortable working with the UAE time zone overlap 8. After a six-month probation, the employee has the opportunity to relocate to Dubai at our HO.
