We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise to join our fast-paced startup team in Kochi. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java & Spring Boot Architect APIs and core backend systems with scalability and performance in mind Implement secure coding standards and practices across applications Optimize backend systems for speed, efficiency, and scalability Write clean, well-documented code with unit tests and participate in code reviews Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery Requirements and Skills 1.Should be interested to work in Startup culture/ecosystem 2. Willingness to learn with Never Die Attitude 3. Ability to work independently as well as team 4. Candidate Should have good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle 5. Write clean code and follow coding standards 6. Should possess strong Logical & technical problem solving skills. 7. Strong foundation in OOPS, Design patterns, Data structures, Algorithms and SQL 8.
