In this role, you will be responsible for: Be the face of JustCo Greet members, visitors, and guests while managing entry access and conducting centre tours. Handle queries about our products, services, and offerings across multiple channels (front desk, email, phone). Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring their workspace setup is seamless. Oversee daily centre operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and managing shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms. Support administrative tasks such as front desk duties, courier services, invoicing, and payment processing. Participate in community events and initiatives that foster a dynamic and engaging work environment. Pre-requisites for this role include: Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service, ideally within 5-star Hotel, the serviced office or hospitality sector. Strong communication skills in English and the local language. Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building communities. Proficiency in MS Office with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for a Finance Manager (GL) - India to be part of our expanding Finance team to assist with financial closing related work . An independent worker, you should be someone who thrives working in a fast -paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for: Maintain full sets of accounts in accordance with local GAAP and International accounting standards Prepare monthly schedules, including reconciliations to subledger reports Ensure proper documentation and filing records Prepare and manage statutory filings including CIT, GST, WHT, ECB with the relevant authorities Prepare month end financial and management reports and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations Perform review of monthly and YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability Monitor spending and prepare budget Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures Pre-requisites for this role includes: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified by ICAI A bachelors degree focused on accounting or business administration or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Working knowledge of Workday (Finance modules) advantageous Well-versed in International and Indian GAAP, including Direct & Indirect Tax laws Good command of spoken and written English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details Self-motivated and resourceful team player who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment We will review your application and will contact you within two weeks if you are shortlisted for an interview.
