As Head Bakery Chef, you will oversee daily production, recipe execution, quality control, and team coordination. Youll be responsible for maintaining product consistency, developing seasonal recipes, and aligning your work with our brand’s premium aesthetic and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day baking operations in a cloud kitchen setup Prepare a variety of bakery items (cakes, cookies, breads, desserts, etc.) with consistency Maintain and follow recipe standards and SOPs Innovate and test new recipes aligned with seasonal and brand direction Train and supervise junior bakers or kitchen staff Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and reduce wastage Ensure hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance Coordinate with packaging and delivery teams for timely order dispatch Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness What Were Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in a professional bakery (cloud kitchen experience is a plus) Strong skills in cake decoration, baking techniques, and finishing Ability to manage high-pressure environments and multitask Strong sense of design and presentation Good knowledge of baking equipment and kitchen best practices Organized, clean, and detail-oriented Team player with leadership qualities
