We combine high-quality manufacturing with technology-driven solutions to deliver excellence across 10+ countries. --- Role Overview We are hiring two Account Managers to manage customer relationships and ensure seamless execution of orders post-onboarding. This role bridges customer communication, production coordination, and delivery tracking — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. You’ll take over accounts from the marketing team after the first two orders and handle all further interactions, from ERP entries to dispatch tracking. --- Key Responsibilities Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for customers from their 3rd order onward, maintaining direct communication and ensuring smooth order execution. ERP Management: Enter all sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and timelines. Price Coordination: Confirm or negotiate prices within company guidelines and record approvals appropriately. Artwork & Approvals: Coordinate datasheet and artwork preparation for customer approval, assisted by a backend team member. Production Liaison: Coordinate with the production team for lead times and schedule alignment with dispatch timelines. Dispatch & Delivery Tracking: Follow up on dispatches, maintain real-time visibility, and update customers proactively. Customer Retention: Build relationships with A/B/C category customers and encourage regular repeat orders. Reporting: Share weekly updates on revenue vs. target and key account health. --- KPIs / Metrics Weekly revenue achievement for assigned accounts Customer satisfaction (measured via feedback/response times) Timeliness of order and dispatch coordination --- You’ll Work With A backend support executive (for data entry and document prep) Internal teams: marketing, production, and dispatch External stakeholders: customers and logistics partners --- Ideal Candidate 2–5 years’ experience in account management, client servicing, or sales coordination, preferably in printing, packaging, or manufacturing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel. Able to manage multiple accounts independently and take ownership. Negotiation and follow-up skills to ensure tasks are closed on time.
