Role Description We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (B2C) to drive admissions for our online courses in India. You will speak with parents and students, understand their needs, explain our courses (Junkbot robotics, coding, AI, STEM) and help them enrol. Key Responsibility Call and follow up with B2C leads (parents & students) from performance marketing, webinars, school campaigns, referrals, etc. Understand the parent’s expectations and the child’s age, interest and learning level, then recommend the right course . Explain course structure, pricing, batches, certifications and career benefits in a simple and confident way. Own the full sales funnel – enquiry → counselling → demo booking (if any) → closing → payment. Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets . Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the academic team for batch allocation, demo classes and onboarding. Share regular feedback from parents and students to improve our pitch, pricing and offerings. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2C sales – preferably in EdTech, test prep, online courses or training institutes . Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong understanding of Indian parent mindset around after-school learning, coding, robotics, STEM, upskilling . Excellent spoken English and Hindi ; any additional regional language is a plus. Comfortable with phone / WhatsApp / Zoom sales and working with CRMs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated, disciplined, and excited about education + technology .
