About the role: Every great childcare experience starts with the right person. As a Junior Supply Associate, you'll help identify, engage and onboard childcare professionals who can make a meaningful difference to families.

You'll work at the heart of our supply operations, building candidate pipelines, understanding candidate suitability and ensuring potential nannies progress smoothly through the onboarding process. This is an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement and supply operations while contributing to a service that families depend on.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential nannies and childcare professionals through referrals, local networks, job portals, direct outreach, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screening to understand candidates’ experience, availability, location preferences, and suitability for childcare assignments.
• Coordinate candidate conversations, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the sourcing pipeline.
• Build relationships with candidates and encourage them to complete the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to support timely fulfilment of childcare requirements.
• Identify new sourcing channels and contribute to improving candidate availability and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, blue-collar staffing, domestic-help recruitment, or service-provider onboarding.
• Strong communication and candidate-coordination skills.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-driven work.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain organised records.
• Willingness to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
