Role Overview: As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Bik.ai, you will be responsible for designing clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces for web and SaaS products. You will collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life through visually refined interfaces and thoughtful interactions. Your role will involve translating ideas and user flows into pixel-perfect Figma designs and interactive prototypes, ensuring seamless design execution, and contributing to major product initiatives. Design at Bik.ai is not just decoration but a crucial aspect of making AI feel intuitive, human, and powerful. Key Responsibilities: - Design clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces for web and SaaS products. - Translate ideas and user flows into pixel-perfect Figma designs and interactive prototypes. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless design execution. - Explore layout, hierarchy, and interaction design to build intuitive, user-friendly experiences. - Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly. - Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the product suite. Qualifications Required: - 02 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (internships and freelance experience count). - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, digital product design, ideally in B2B, SaaS tools. - Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping. - Good grasp of other common design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, etc. - Understanding of visual design principles including typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy. - Awareness of UX fundamentals. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Bonus: Experience or interest in micro-interactions, motion design, or AI-assisted design workflows.
