Job Summary CVDesigner is a professional resume writing and design company specialising in customised resumes, executive profiles and career branding solutions. We combine professionally developed content with creative visual presentation to help professionals communicate their experience, achievements and career progression effectively.
We are looking for creative, detail-oriented Junior PowerPoint Designers who can transform written content into visually appealing, professional and well-structured documents.
Responsibilities - Design professional resumes, executive CVs, career portfolios and presentation-style documents using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Convert text-heavy content into clean, visually engaging layouts without compromising readability or information accuracy.
- Develop customised templates, infographics, career timelines, achievement highlights, charts and graphical elements.
- Apply appropriate typography, colour combinations, spacing, alignment and visual hierarchy.
- Work closely with content writers and senior designers to translate approved content into finished designs.
- Adapt designs to suit different industries, professional levels and international presentation preferences.
- Make design revisions based on internal quality reviews and client feedback.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting quality and timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Maintain editable PowerPoint files and export professionally formatted PDFs.
Required Skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Good understanding of slide layouts, shapes, icons, alignment, typography and formatting.
- Ability to create professional-looking designs rather than relying entirely on ready-made templates.
- Basic knowledge of infographics and visual information presentation.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with text-heavy documents and manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work within defined timelines.
- Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other graphic design tools.
Qualifications and Experience - Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in PowerPoint design, presentation design, graphic design, document formatting or related creative roles are encouraged to apply.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with strong practical design skills and a relevant portfolio will also be considered.
