About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct therapy sessions for children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and cerebral palsy. 2. Work on developing gross motor skills and fine motor skills. 3. Provide speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education support. 4. Implement music therapy and drama therapy as part of the treatment plan. 5. Utilize therapeutic tools such as swings and brain gym exercises. 6. Deliver pediatric occupational therapy and sensory integration therapy. 7. Address issues related to hyperactivity, handwriting difficulties, and attention challenges. 8. Implement therapeutic exercises and monitor each child's progress. 9. Educate and support parents in managing their child's condition and creating a supportive home environment.
