Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to support digital marketing activities, generate business leads through Meta platforms, coordinate lead distribution to the Sales team, and assist with SEO activities to improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Distribute incoming leads to the Sales team and maintain proper lead records.
• Track lead status and coordinate with the Sales team for timely follow-ups.
• Assist in SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic lead generation.
• Monitor lead generation performance and prepare daily or weekly reports.
• Maintain lead databases and update marketing MIS.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Support other digital marketing activities as required.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
• Understanding of SEO concepts and organic lead generation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication, coordination, and data management skills.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and processes.
