As a Legal Associate at our startup Legal Tech firm, you will be responsible for providing legal opinions on real estate properties to lenders such as banks and non-banking finance companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide legal opinions on real estate properties to lenders - Work on real estate cases - Maintain a typing speed of at least 25 WPM - Work from the office and be willing to stretch during month ends - Have knowledge of English and Tamil (spoken, written, reading) **Qualifications Required:** - LLB qualification - One to two years of experience - All India Bar Council Pass certificate - Proficiency in English and Tamil If you have experience working on real estate cases, it would be preferable. The work schedule includes working on all Saturdays except the first Saturday of the month.,
