Junior Lawyer

You will be joining a startup Legal Tech firm that specializes in providing legal opinions on real estate properties to lenders such as banks and non-banking finance companies. As a lawyer with an LLB qualification, you will be based in Chennai and should possess one to two years of relevant experience, along with a valid and comprehensive All India Bar Council Pass certificate. Prior experience in handling real estate cases will be considered advantageous. In addition, you are required to have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute, which will be assessed through a typing test on typingtest.com. The role will be office-based, and you should be prepared to work extended hours during month ends. The work schedule includes having the first Saturday off, with other Saturdays designated as working days.
