Create and execute the plan for any events, festivals, or other team-building activities. Perform orientations, onboarding, and updating records with new hires.Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Build strong employee relationships. Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, issues, and complaints, and providing guidance and support to management and employees. Must know the process of Recruitment and retention. Must be handling Onboarding, Orientation, and Exit Formalities. Creative Thinker. Must have excellent (verbal and written) communication & interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. Can Work From Office. Any Graduation.
