Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with over a year of experience, a strong grasp of design fundamentals, and the ability to work across various domains. The ideal candidate should not only have a solid understanding of digital and print design but also be capable of utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency in the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for social media, websites, marketing materials, and print media.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate and enhance the creative process.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to interpret project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
• Develop branding assets such as logos, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand identity and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, domain-specific visual communication styles, and emerging technologies in the AI and design space.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools or willingness to learn and apply them.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
