Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using Canva to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience creating visually appealing content for digital and print media, with a strong eye for design, layout, and branding consistency.

Key Responsibilities:Design engaging graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and digital campaigns using Canva.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.Create layouts for brochures, posters, flyers, banners, emailers, and ads.Assist in updating and maintaining brand templates.Stay up to date with the latest design trends and Canva features.Edit and repurpose existing designs based on feedback and campaign needs.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Canva (mandatory).Basic understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout).Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Good communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback.Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.Experience working with startups, agencies, or freelance projects is an advantage.
