Job Overview

Knotopian is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer – Branding to join our team.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for graphic design, branding, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level designers to work on diverse creative projects, strengthen their design skills, and gain practical exposure to branding, digital marketing, and eLearning content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Edit videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand storytelling.
• Develop creative reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create and maintain consistent visual branding across digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute visual campaigns.
• Work on graphic design requirements for branding, digital marketing, and eLearning content.
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered design and video creation tools to improve creative output.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, animation techniques, and social media content formats.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
• Ability to create engaging social media creatives, reels, and short-form videos.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual design principles.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Freshers are most welcome.
• Candidates should have a portfolio showcasing their graphic designs, animations, reels, or video editing projects.
