As a Junior Graphic Designer at Anfield Study Abroad, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic Marketing & Creative Team. Your role will involve creating visually appealing digital and print marketing materials to support branding, events, and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative outputs while ensuring brand consistency across all graphical elements. This position offers a great learning environment for individuals with less than one year of experience who are looking to enhance their design skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and presentations. - Support in creating visual content for branding, events, and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creative outputs. - Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual elements as needed. - Maintain brand consistency across all graphical elements. - Stay updated with design trends and infuse fresh ideas into projects. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. - Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography. - Creativity and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic or freelance projects accepted). **Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):** - Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva video templates). - Experience in social media content design. - Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
