Job Description

Role & responsibilities Inspect and maintain electrical systems on all floors, ensuring they are functioning safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as lighting, circuit problems, and power outages. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment to minimize downtime. Install and upgrade electrical systems and wiring according to building needs and regulations. Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes and safety regulations. Respond to emergency electrical issues and repair malfunctions quickly to restore service. Maintain and update floor electrical layouts and schematics. Work closely with other maintenance teams to resolve facility issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Keep detailed records of work completed, including repairs, inspections, and replacements. Collaborate with management to plan and schedule electrical maintenance and repairs in coordination with overall facility needs.
