The Role

You will write the firmware that brings our hardware to life. Clean, reliable code running on real products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for ESP32, STM32 and TI microcontrollers in Embedded C/C++

• Write clean, modular, well-commented and maintainable code

• Work with peripherals: GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, timers, interrupts

• Bring up new boards together with the hardware team

• Debug using JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes

• Build connected features: Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT and cloud integration

• Manage code with Git and document firmware for handover

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, Computer, Instrumentation or related field

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong projects welcome)

• Strong Embedded C; basic C++

• Hands-on with at least one: ESP32 (ESP-IDF/Arduino), STM32 (HAL/CubeIDE) or TI MCUs (MSP430 / C2000 / CCS)

• Good understanding of communication protocols and microcontroller architecture

• Can read schematics and datasheets

• Writes code that others can read

Good to Have

• FreeRTOS or any RTOS

• Bootloaders, OTA updates, low-power design

• Python for testing and tools

• Experience with medical, industrial or IoT products
