Junior Copy Manager AI

• Manage copy projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets
• Propose improvements for the existing project and AI workflows
• Coordinate day-to-day collaboration with the English copy agency, including briefing, alignment, feedback, and quality checks for Product Copy
• Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Generative AI tools, review English Product Copy and perform regular quality assurance checks
• Train Generative AI tools with PUMA Tone of Voice
• Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, creative, and content teams
• Create AI workflows and project tracking in Jira and other project management tools

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Linguistics, Information Sciences, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in content, copywriting, digital marketing, project coordination, computational linguistics or localization (internships and working student experience count)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for storytelling, digital content, and emerging AI technologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in sports, fashion, and consumer trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms such as CMSs, Jira, Excel, and AI applications
• Experience using content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with localization or translation workflows
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation or post-editing as well as AI agents creation
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI
• Additional language skills are a plus
