Junior Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs and plans. Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models using architectural software. Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements. Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices. Support the preparation of project presentations and documentation. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,Lumion or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic understanding of building codes and regulations. Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
